INFORM  SUPPORT  ENERGIZE

Formed by Movement Advancement Project (MAP), we are an affiliation of more than 100 professionals who represent organizations that focus on LGBTQI+ populations.

We share technical information and support to each other throughout the year via our Email Distribution List, our monthly virtual "Coffee Hours", and in-person lunches where enough of us live to gather.

WHAT OUR MEMBERS ARE SAYING

"The CFO Network is vital to my personal and professional development individually as an indigenous Trans Woman of color, first generation college graduate, immigrant and emerging leader in my QTPI (Queer and Trans Pacific Islander) Community... Being part of the CFO Network also helps to reinforce for me that I am where I need to be because I get to build connections with, learn from and grow with other LGBT leaders with direct pathways to executive leadership roles."

DONATO FATUESI
Operations Manager, UTOPIA Seattle
“Ever since I've been doing Finance & Operations, I'd never had the opportunity to attend an in-person conference before last year. It was so wonderful to meet people doing the same work as me! My org applied for 4 PPP loans. 2 of them were as a direct result of referrals from our CFO network and one of those is the one that was funded. This group got us our funding!! From our most recent call, I feel empowered to advocate more strongly with my ED around compliance issues... This is a smart, resourceful, experienced group that provides much needed support around some pretty tedious details. I truly feel like I am part of a community now.”

Director of Finance and Operations, San Francisco LGBT Center

"From the very first conference I participated in 8 years ago, I've formed professional connections and friendships with peers in similar (and different) organizations that have supported me in my professional growth and many of my day-to-day challenges. Knowing there's a group of friendly, up-beat colleagues across the country to lean on in challenging times is absolutely invaluable... From basic accounting questions, to HR/operations best practices, policy sharing and general discussion, this group is one of the best features of my professional life!"
