Michel DuBois - NPOC Services
Michel DuBois - NPOC Services

Michel DuBois, through his 20-year career dedicated to serving the LGBTQ+ community, has played a lead role in leading the finance and operations of several LGBTQ+ nonprofits, from Vermont to New York City with budgets ranging from $250,000 to $12,000,000. As a natural systems-thinker, he improves organizational efficiency for impact and scale. He firmly believes that the foundation of a culture rooted in justice and equity lies in excellent business systems and effective workflow design informed by the forward-thinking question: How will tomorrow's teams be served by the business architecture we're building today? Michel's not all business though. He delights in travel, struggles with Vipassana meditation (and with TikTok), and can binge-stream with the best of 'em! He lives both in New York City and Mexico City.
